Explore the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains at the peak of fall color! We will be staying at the Bent Creek Lodge nestled in the forest next to the Asheville Arboretum. Enjoy hiking, therapeutic yoga, hot springs, and delicious healthy Southern food. Give yourself time away from the daily routine and pressures of life and connect to yourself and others while immersed in nature. Explore & Restore! No yoga experience is necessary.

  • Four nights of accommodations in the beautiful Bent Creek Lodge in the Blue Ridge Mountains outside of Asheville, NC.

Getting to the Retreat

If traveling from Minnesota, Sun Country has service from MSP to Asheville with incredibly low prices ($100-$150 round trip). Schedule your flight to Asheville Sunday, October 22, and return flight Thursday, October 26 unless you want to extend your stay. We provide a shuttle service from the airport to the retreat center and to all activities.

Tuition

Single room $2195

Shared room with queen bed $1995 each person

A $500 deposit saves your space. Balance is due September 1, 2023.

Cancellation Policy: If you have paid in full and need to cancel, if we can fill your space, your refund is $1695, if we cannot fill your space, your refund is $550. This is based on costs that we cannot recoup.

Meet Your Leaders

Ann & Dan Blackburn

We are both Certified Yoga Therapists and have owned Tula Yoga & Wellness in St. Paul MN & have been leading retreats since 2012. We’ve been together for thirty years with three children (26, 22, and 17 years old) so we have many opportunities to live our yoga! We are grateful to share our love of yoga and adventure through amazing retreat experiences.

With each retreat, we design the yoga classes around the activities that we will be enjoying such as hiking, biking, etc. We also sprinkle other helpful information and practices to release tension, transform stress, prevent injuries, promote restful sleep, promote digestion, and other wellness support.

Whether you are new to yoga or are deepening your current practice, we will tailor the experience to you.
