Meet Your Leaders

Ann Blackburn

I have been a student of yoga for over 35 years, have had the honor of teaching for 13 years, and a Certified Yoga Therapist for 7 years. I weave somatics, breath science, energy work, Ayurveda, and yoga philosophy through all of my classes, private sessions, and retreats to support people in calming their nervous system and connecting with their inner strength. I tailor every class and retreat to the individuals participating. Students learn practices to find balance in all areas of life. I love leading retreats and creating life-changing experiences where people gain more than they can imagine. I am blessed to combine my love of people, yoga, and travel.
