Balance Your Chakras

Do you feel like you use more energy than you regenerate? We live in a very externally focused society that awards overachievement, being busy & overscheduled but not self-care. We are taught energy conservation but not within ourselves. In this workshop you will learn about your energy system, chakras (main energy hubs/centers), signs of imbalances, and practices to effect and balance your energy for resilience and health of your body, mind, and spirit. Learn how to weave these practices through your life.

Our main focus will be on the main 7 chakras or energy centers that regulate our energy system. These spinning energy centers resonate with different energy frequencies and then distribute prana to the physical body. They interact with the body through the endocrine and nervous system. We will be discussing the seven major chakras, which are associated with the endocrine system (seven glandular system), functions of the physical body, senses, experiences, emotions, consciousness, and state of awareness. We will discuss signs of imbalance and practice how to keep the chakras open and balanced with energies that are positive and to prevent/correct negative energy effects that can block the flow of prana (life force). This workshop includes instruction and discussion, practice, time to create your own practices based on your needs, and a guided meditation. No experience is necessary.

This workshop is for you if:

-You are a curious student wanting to learn more about your energy body and practices that you can use to affect your energy and health.

- You are a yoga teacher and would like to learn more about the energy body and  practices for yourself and sharing with your student & clients. CEU’s are available for yoga teachers.

Ann is co-owner of Tula Yoga & Wellness and is a certified Yoga Therapist who teaches group classes, workshops, and private sessions.
