Do you feel like you use more energy than you regenerate? We live in a very externally focused society that awards overachievement, being busy & over-scheduled, and energy conservation outside of us but not how to harness it within. Learning about your energy system can be a game-changer in restoring your prana, being aware of what affects your vital life force, and how to support it.
In this class, we will explore how we use, generate, expand, and protect our energy. Learn about prana (life force), the energy body, the Chakras (our seven main energy centers), what affects our energy, and practices to balance our energy. We will learn and experience pranayama, gentle movement, meditation, mudra, mantra, and other yoga practices to create a wellness toolbox.
You will receive a handout, audios, and videos to support your continued practice. No experience is necessary.
Ann Blackburn and her husband, Dan Blackburn own Tula Yoga & Wellness and Tula Organizational Wellness in St. Paul, MN. Ann is a Certified SomaYoga Therapist who teaches group classes, workshops, and private sessions.
