Fall Trail Running & Yoga Series

Get a great trail workout, followed by some great yoga, and finish up with some great snacks to energize you for the day!

Do you like to run trails but aren't sure where to go in the city for a really great trail running experience that would have you fooled that you are still in the city?  Come run with Sonja Ramos and then stretch out after for a yoga session and some breakfast-type eats!  We will explore 3 different parks right here in town so bring your kicks and your appetite because it will be a great workout followed by some great things to munch on to get your day started!

*This workshop requires at least some experience with running OR hiking on trails with rocks, roots, and mud previously for safety reasons.

$30.00 per session, or $75 for all three
