Ann Blackburn is a Certified Yoga Therapist and co-owner of Tula Yoga & Wellness in St. Paul. BS, E-RYT 500, AYS, C-IAYT (Certified Yoga Therapist). Their mission is to make yoga & wellness within everyone’s reach and to create a space where people reconnect with and be themselves. She integrates SomaYoga (Somatics & Yoga) practices, Ayurveda, breath science, and energy work through group classes, private sessions, and workshops. He purpose is to empower her students/clients to grow their awareness of the body’s wisdom, the power of the mind, and find their inner strengths.
