Located in Osceola, WI, this retreat center is less than an hour away from the Twin Cities in the stunning St. Croix Valley on 100 acres of private woodland and waterfront. Enjoy sunrise yoga, beautiful hikes, delicious food, connection, and gatherings around the fire. Immerse in nature, unplug, hike, relax, reflect, and connect with others. Dan Blackburn is an Author, Executive Coach, and Certified Yoga Therapist. Dan designs every yoga class and experience with each participant in mind. The daily yoga classes include SomaYoga Therapy, a powerful mind-body practice blending Somatics, therapeutics, breath practices, classic asana/postures, meditation, and other Ayurveda self-care practices. This approach results in increased freedom, strength, and overall vitality, peace, and well-being. Dan has been leading retreats since 2014 and is grateful for the opportunity.
