Full Moon Intention Ceremony in the Park

  • Linwood Park 860 Saint Clair Avenue Saint Paul, MN, 55105 United States (map)

with Grace Panian | at Linwood Park | $30

The Moon represents intuition, emotion, deepest personal needs, feelings, reflection, instinctive reactions, and habits. It offers us the ability to feel, learn from the past, and express our essence.

The Full Moon is a powerful time to look within, heal, forgive, shed the past, and show gratitude. It is all about releasing toxic thoughts, old energy, habits, and beliefs. The Sun sits directly opposite the Moon, which is also a call for balance. Full moons shine a light on what needs to be acknowledged or perhaps readjusted, showing us maybe there is more to the story.

Emotions, feelings, mental processes, dreams, etc., are heightened during the Full Moon energy. The energy peaks causing tension and uncomfortable friction, and expands vision while boosting our vibration and potential. Then a massive release comes in, creating a cosmic sign allowing our outer personal self to align with our inner spiritual purpose.

Turning to the Moon's phases is one way of reconnecting with the universe's natural flow.

No experience is needed. All are welcome.

What to expect:

-Learn the astrology sign the Moon is in and how to harvest its energy to your advantage

-Moon Salutations to create space in the body

-Pranayama(breathing exercises) to calm the mind

-Chanting to grasp the positive and divine energies that surround us

-Release and gratitude reflection to let go and inspired positivity

-Guided meditation to center

I fell in love with my personal practice in 2016 after experiencing the mental, physical and spiritual healing power of yoga. As my personal practice began to deepen, I was inspired to complete a yoga teacher training. I received my RTY-200 credentials in Rishikesh, India in May 2018. My philosophy teacher always emphasized “We all are students, and we always will be” no matter where I am in my personal practice or teaching, I will never stop learning. I learn just as much from my students as they learn from me. My goal is to have students walking out of class more at ease, calm, connect to their true self and to the universe. To me, yoga is literally a way of living, bringing more awareness to the body, mind and perception.
