Ayurveda is Yoga's sister science. It is the practice of observing the elements of nature around and within us, and maintaining or restoring health by balancing those elements.

This intensive will introduce you to Ayurveda, how it is uniquely expressed in one’s physical and mental constitution, and how -- with this knowledge -- you can use lifestyle and food sadhanas to support your health.

This course requires a classroom or studio setting as well as access to a cooking space and a cooperative grocery buy. Please be prepared to contribute one small item to share for our meal.
