Go deeper into QiGong or try it for the first time! Balance your energy, calm your mind and relax muscle tension through QiGong, an ancient form of Chinese therapy that lowers chronic stress, pain and illness. Explore topics in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and how their application through QiGong practices can improve your overall well-being. In this series, we will start to explore the 5 element theory of TCM and how it is expressed via QiGong.
The class is accessible to all. Movements may be adapted to your unique circumstances. Movements are primarily done standing (no getting on the floor!). Chairs are provided for balance support or for those who (optionally) choose to do the QiGong movements seated in a chair.
