SomaYoga Therapy to Enliven Your Core & Pelvic Floor

Friday, Sept 20th at 8am-12 pm

SomaYoga Therapy is a unique approach to enlivening the core by building mobility, strength, and stability. Some important aspects of core stability are the respiratory diaphragm muscle and the system of pelvic floor muscles. With SomaYoga Therapy, we blend neuroscience (Somatics), ancient yoga practices, and functional movement to build intelligent core stability. This blend leads to greater ease in daily activities & movements, helps prevent injuries, rehabs injuries, and retrain muscle imbalances. Learn how to improve and support pelvic floor health and a new approach to core stability. We will explore what can create muscle imbalances & how to restore that balance to support pelvic floor health, respiratory diaphragm, energy, joints, muscles, and overall health & well-being. In this workshop, we will Identify causes of stress, learn practices to begin unwinding tension patterns, and then add functional movement to build and maintain strength, stability, and resiliency. This approach can offer immediate and life-long benefits.

No experience is necessary.

You will receive handouts, audio, and videos to support your learning and practice.
