Practical Fun! Designed to promote strength, flexibility, and balance. Especially for the core and lower body.
This class is for all abilities and ages, Gamble has worked intensely with “Ultra” athletes (30+) from different sports and enjoys teaching practical and appropriate tools and techniques to stay flexible and strong.
In addition to the focus on practical self-defense basics, the class will provide a good workout, especially of core and lower body, while focusing on body alignment and posture and breathing to keep us moving at high levels.
We will do:
Self-defense Principles and Exercises
Balance and Flexibility
Core and leg strength
Cardio!

Bill Gamble is a Kukkiwon-certified Taekwondo Master, and competes internationally at Poomsae, the choreographed forms of Taekwondo.
