Tension patterns and muscle imbalances in the body can lead to many conditions. SomaYoga releases the tension patterns and retrains muscle imbalances to address the cause.
This class is accessible to everybody as you are guided to find the postures, movements, and variations that are unique to your body. You will receive videos to support your practice to help resolve your plantar fasciitis or back tension/pain.
