Living in harmony with the rhythms of nature can help us move toward balance and support our health and well-being. The Fall season is full of change and transitions, which can be supported by integrating nourishing and grounding practices into your life. In this six-week series, we will use SomaYoga Therapy, including Ayurveda, to support the natural need to calm and clear the mind and body.
This series is organized around the Six Pillars of Yogic Lifestyle and nourishing Ayurveda recommendations for the “just right” 1) movement, 2) cleansing system support, 3) breath practices/transforming stress, 4) mindfulness & meditation 5) food, and 6) strategies for restful sleep & relaxation. In Ayurveda, we learn that with each season, our needs may change to be in harmony with nature and our constitution.
Each week, we will learn and experience new practices in class so that you can learn how to integrate them into your life. This class series is hybrid (sign up for in-studio or online Zoom). You will receive written practices, audios, and videos, and Ann will provide individual recommendations for each person. No experience is necessary. Space is limited to 12
Register as either "in-person" or "online" and then you can switch between the two throughout the series. If you have a Tula Yoga Unlimited Monthly Membership, email us to register and you will receive 10% off.
