(Cancelled) Summer Celtic Circle

  • Tula Yoga & Wellness 99 Snelling Avenue North Saint Paul, MN, 55104 United States (map)

Wednesday, August 2nd 7-9pm | Cost: sliding scale

Join me in circle for a Celtic Summer evening of meditation, yoga, and practice supporting the Celtic festival of Lughnasadh. One of the four celebrations of fire, this is the final gathering in summer marking the beginning of the harvest. Ancients gathered to celebrate the god Lugh’s foster mother, who gave her life for the fertility of the earth.

At the center of our circle, we’ll create an altar of flowers from our gardens, berries, and candlelight. We’ll learn about Lughnasadh and inner practices of harvest. We’ll move and flow in movements that support our bodies at this time. You’ll leave with practices to end your summers with intention and joy.

Please bring a flower for the altar and a journal if you wish.

Can’t wait to see you at the height of summer in Minnesota!
