These empowering approaches allow your own innate wisdom, power, and healing to come forth.”

“Gina offers a wealth of modalities to tend to our Body, Mind, Emotions, Spirit, resulting in greater energy and life force. I got a much greater sense of a variety of tools I can use to help myself. A most helpful concept for me was the idea of our “internal pharmacy.” I don’t like to take medication and Gina helped me to see how I can work with my body to increase my endorphins and decrease my stress hormones. I learned that I must tend to my body as well as my mind to help resolve past traumas. I highly recommend this course.”

Anne Keenan, RN, retired midwife, conscious-dying educator 2023

“The whole course has been a gem. I really appreciate it.  Some things I’ve been familiar with and then there is new information. I have the ability to look at things from a different perspective. We nourish those pathways. There’s so much here that’s rich.  What I love the most is that you came from a lot of different learning approaches, styles and different ways of building our toolbox.  That’s what I’ve been working on. Thank you.”

          Amanda

“There was so much in this course and I’ll be thinking about it for a while.  I’ve become more aware of my physical response to stress, what triggers me, and not being overtaken by it. And you allowed some space to explore.”
