Through a blend of mindful techniques, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system — creating just a little more space in the body for breath, presence, and ease.
I am Katie! I am a certified personal trainer a 500hr Soma yoga teacher and I have been working on the fitness industry for over 15 years. In that time I have worked with many women who have/had breast cancer. When working with them, one major feature stands out - the limitations often seem and felt through the affected side(s). These limitations do not need to remain. With the combination of somatic techniques, neuro-muscular re-education, and dynamic movements - the connection from the brain to the muscles can reform.
