Restore a sense of wholeness and well-being through a rejuvenating, guided sequence: Light yoga & breathing, meditation & Chetan Nidra (conscious deep relaxation). Release stress, anxiety, and trauma, absorb peace, healing, and soulfulness. Presented with live music and healing sounds. Please wear loose-fitting clothing for the yoga and bring a pillow for your head for the Chetan Nidra. Avoid eating a meal for at least 90 minutes before the class. No experience is necessary.
