If you are having a hard time lately being “in” your body, or being friends with your body, or you want to begin moving in healthy ways, you may enjoy this chance for community and movement.
This is a 60-minute body-positive yoga class that celebrates bodies of all sizes and abilities, with an opportunity for gentle movement, plus mellow breath and mantra work. Kami has worked with hundreds of people in recovery from eating disorders, and people who have experienced wildfires and other disasters. This workshop is open to everyone, of all experience and ability levels.
