One aspect of difficult times that can hurt us deeply is the feeling that we are alone. We’re not! This is a chance to join with others for community, learning, discussion as desired, and gentle yoga. In each 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn about resiliency science, enjoy a gentle yoga practice, and walk away with a personalized Resiliency Plan. Based on the Six Pillars of Ayurveda (yoga’s sister science), each workshop will help you explore specific actions you can take to build and nurture your ongoing well-being, no matter what. Each workshop stands alone, so you can join one or join them all. Continuing Education credits are available for yoga teachers, and needs-based scholarships are also available. This workshop is open to everyone, of all experience and ability levels. You’ll also gain access to recorded yoga sessions and take-home materials to support your resiliency work.
