I discovered yoga as teenager over 30 years ago have been practicing in a variety of traditions ever since. In 2008, my journey brought me to Kundalini Yoga and I fell in love with classes that were filled with movement, breath work, chanting, meditation, and gong relaxation. I was also immediately drawn to the spiritual depth of this tradition and the effectiveness with which it drew my subconscious patterns to the surface of consciousness. The classes and kriyas felt like coming home and I decided to deepen my practice through the 200-hour KRI teacher training in 2018. I am honored to continue teaching and holding space for these practices at Tula. When not practicing yoga live and work in St. Paul and am the proud mother of two amazing young women, two feisty cats and an amazing pit bull named Addie.
