A workshop intensive for yoga teachers, therapists, healthcare providers and caregivers of all kinds to learn the powerful tools of yoga philosophy and gentle physical practices for managing the disease of stress.
The world is becoming more fragmented, electrified and high-paced, with many people finding themselves becoming distracted, overwhelmed and increasingly affected by the diseases of stress.
Yoga provides us with the incredible maps and practical tools to understand ourselves and to move us in the direction of whole-being wellbeing that encompasses not just physical health but mental and spiritual resilience as well.
The focus in this intensive is on the incredible maps and models we use at Yoga North ISYI to help students and clients work toward whole-being wellbeing and out of the diseases of stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD that take their toll on an individual physically, mentally and spiritually.
Enroll in this intensive to discover:
* the systems involved with the physiology of stress and Yogic philosophy & principles for overcoming the associated diseases
* the bodies response to stress and how to release some of the physical habits that lead to its cumulative effects
* tools to build a foundation for emotional stability and happiness
Class will include lecture, candid discussion, exploration of philosophy of wellness, some physical yoga practice, breathing techniques and home integration work. Learn practical tools in a supportive atmosphere. You will learn the methodology for leading and structuring a class that includes:
