Join Liana for a nourishing and restorative practice with a blend of somatics, yoga therapeutics, asana (restorative poses), pranayama, intention setting, and relaxation meditation. This yoga practice will encourage physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
No experience is necessary, all levels, and all are welcome!

Our mission is to provide direct support to impacted families through leadership development and community organizing that will bring about social and political change resulting in community powers to protect human rights and allow families to live together
