Our bodies were created to move, to play, to dance. This 8 class series will explore how the dance, martial arts and healing arts of Nia can create more flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability in our physical bodies and in our lives. We dance in bare feet to soulful music using the 52 moves of Nia that engage the whole body and the mind, emotions and spirit. We dance Nia to build body awareness, strengthen and condition, express ourselves and have fun. No prior experience is necessary. For all levels of fitness.
