Do you feel like you use more energy than you regenerate? We live in a very externally focused society that awards overachievement, being busy & over-scheduled but not self-care. We are taught energy conservation but not within ourselves.
In this class series, we will explore how we use, generate, expand, and conserve energy. Learn about prana (life force), the energy body, the Chakras (our seven main energy centers), what affects your energy, and practices to balance your energy. We will learn pranayama, movement, meditation, and other yoga practices to create a wellness toolbox.
This series will happen online via Zoom. Each week we will experience new practices in class so you can weave them into your life. You will receive written practices and audios. No experience necessary.
