Balance your energy, calm your mind, and relax muscle tension by learning QiGong, an ancient form of Chinese therapy that lowers chronic stress, pain, and illness. Move your body in gentle patterns while learning basic traditional Chinese medicine principles. Breathing techniques and meditation are also incorporated into the class.
The class is accessible to all. Movements may be adapted to your unique circumstances. Movements are primarily done standing (no getting on the floor!) but can also be done sitting in a chair. Chairs are provided for balance support.
