Learn a revolutionary series of movements to minimize or eliminate: chronic tension/pain/fatigue, sore backs/hips/shoulders, and prevent injuries! Some of the conditions this practice helps alleviate are: plantar fasciitis, sciatica, sacroiliac pain, chronic neck & shoulder tension, and chronic hip & back pain. This workshops includes an introduction to the Somatic methodology, being guided through the movement practice, and review of how to integrate this practice into your life. A written practice, handouts, and a video are included. No yoga experience is needed. This practice is in person and space is limited.
