Do you feel like you use more energy than you regenerate? We live in a very externally focused society that awards overachievement, being busy & over-scheduled but not self-care. We are taught energy conservation but not within ourselves.
In this class series, we will explore how we use, generate, expand, and conserve energy. Learn about prana (life force), the energy body, the Chakras (our seven main energy centers), what affects your energy, and practices to balance your energy. We will learn pranayama, movement, meditation, and other yoga practices to create a wellness toolbox.
Each week we will learn and experience new practices in class so you can learn how to weave them into your life. This series will be held online via Zoom. You will receive written practices, audios, videos and Ann will provide individual recommendations for each person. No experience necessary.
Ann Blackburn and her husband, Dan Blackburn own Tula Yoga & Wellness and Tula Organizational Wellness in St. Paul, MN. Ann is a Certified SomaYoga Therapist who teaches group classes, workshops, and private sessions.
