Do you feel like you use more energy than you regenerate? We live in an externally focused society that awards overachievement, being busy & over-scheduled, but not self-care. We are taught energy conservation but not within ourselves. This class series will explore how we use, generate, expand, and conserve energy. Learn about prana (vital life force), the energy body, the Chakras (our seven main energy centers), what affects your energy, and practices to balance your energy. We will learn pranayama, movement, meditation, yoga philosophy, and other yoga practices to create a wellness toolbox. Each week, we will experience new practices in class so you can weave them into your life. You will receive videos and audio to support your practice. No experience is necessary. Ann is co-owner of Tula and is a certified SomaYoga Therapist who leads group classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats.
