Immerse yourself in a day of learning, practices, and connection with a lovely community of women. The Spring season is full of change and transitions, which can be supported by integrating nourishing and cleansing practices into your life. Living in harmony with the rhythms of nature can help us move toward balance and support our health and well-being. Learn and experience practices to release, nourish, cleanse, and connect with your inner wisdom. This retreat will include gentle movement with SomaYoga Therapy Practices, Pranayama (Breath practices), Guided Meditation & Relaxation, Self Care Practices, Reflection, a Special Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath!! A healthy light lunch, snacks, refreshments, and a special gift are included. After the retreat, you will receive videos/audio and other resources to help you integrate this work into your life. You don't need any yoga experience.
Ann Blackburn owns Tula Yoga & Wellness with her husband, Dan. Ann is a Certified SomaYoga Therapist and weaves SomaYoga (Somatics & Yoga) practices, Ayurveda, iRest Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and energy work through private sessions, classes, workshops & retreats.
Liana is a SomaYoga teacher and studio manager at Tula Yoga & Wellness. Liana weaves in ancient practices and modern modalities to support whole wellness in private yoga sessions and weekly yoga classes.
