In this practice, we will release tension patterns in the mind and body that can affect our body, energy, emotions, mind, and connection with our authentic Self. Experience yoga practices that will nourish, strengthen, and create space for you to connect with your Self. There will be a discussion, a balanced Tula Yoga (Somatics/Hatha/Slow Flow) practice, and a guided relaxation/meditation to support your heartfelt commitment. Have a journal or something to write on.
