We need our daily walks for all the reasons. But sometimes walking can lead to sensations of pain, and sometimes it doesn't even feel safe in our bodies due to fear of falling. In this workshop, you will learn how to build balance and strength in your toes, ankles, knees, and hips as you learn postures and somatics to reduce chronic tension related to walking.
Kami Kessel (RYT500, eRYT200, YACEP, MBA) is a yoga instructor and certified health and well-being coach. She brings a growth mindset to work with clients who have experienced disaster, trauma, and eating disorders. Her work has been featured in research at Stanford Medical Center and she offers regular classes and workshops at Tula Yoga and Wellness in St. Paul, MN.
