Women's Nourish & Ground Retreat at Tula

Saturday, October 5, 9 am - 4:30 pm Women's Nourish & Ground Retreat at Tula. Your retreat guides are Ann Blackburn, Shelly McManus, and Liana Dang. $175

Immerse yourself in a day of learning, practices, and connection with a lovely community of women. The Fall season is full of change and transitions, which can be supported by integrating nourishing and grounding practices into your life. Living in harmony with the rhythms of nature can help us move toward balance and support our health and well-being. Learn and experience practices to release, nourish, ground, and connect with your inner wisdom. This retreat will include gentle movement with SomaYoga Therapy Practices, Pranayama (Breath practices), Guided Meditation & Relaxation, Self Care Practices, Reflection, and a Special Sound Bath!! A healthy light lunch, snacks, and refreshments are included. After the retreat, you will receive videos/audio and other resources to help you integrate this work into your life. You don't need any yoga experience.


Ann Blackburn owns Tula Yoga & Wellness with her husband, Dan. Ann is a Certified SomaYoga Therapist and weaves SomaYoga (Somatics & Yoga) practices, Ayurveda, iRest Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and energy work through private sessions, classes, workshops & retreats.

Shelly trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India. Shelly's passion is providing people with ways to nourish their body, mind, and spirit through self-care, self-appreciation, self-love, self-healing. She integrates yoga Reiki, Ayurveda, and sound healing. Shelly plays a 32 inch symphonic gong which is aligned to the chakras along with other ancient healing instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowl, an ocean drum, rain stick, chimes and more. The sounds and vibrations from these instruments will take you on a sound healing journey that helps free stuck energy and allows you to heal on a cellular level leaving your conscious and subconscious bodies relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.


Liana is a SomaYoga teacher and studio manager at Tula Yoga & Wellness. Liana weaves in ancient practices and modern modalities to support whole wellness in private yoga sessions and weekly yoga classes.
