Bring your whole being - body, mind, emotions, and spirit - on this inner journey.
A rejuvenating sequence of mellow yoga, meditation, Chetan nidra (conscious sleep), deep relaxation, live music and mantras, and energy healing moves you into deepening states.
Bring a blanket and a pillow, and wear comfortable loose clothing for the yoga. Avoid eating a meal at least 60 minutes before. No experience is necessary.
