Often disguised as a Pranayama, Kapalbhatti is misunderstood as a breathing practice. However its main place in Yoga is for cleansing as a part of 6 cleansing practices known as Shat Kriyas. Ease your breath, reset the Prana and calm the emotional turbulence with a singular practice. Kapalbhatti is the crown jewel of Yoga. When done at the right time with the right technique it sharpens the senses, strengthens the lungs and balances the doshas.
