Whether you have been meditating for years or are brand new to meditation, this online, weekly group provides you a space to practice with a supportive community from the comfort of your own home.
We will explore a variety of beneficial meditations with a focus on a healing awareness practice that you can continue in the future. This hour class will begin and end with a 15-minute meditation and a talk and topic of discussion in between.
Carrie Garcia has been meditating for 25 years and is a member of the Minnesota Zen Meditation Center where she teaches an Introduction to Meditation class.
