Virtual: Yoga and the Artists Way Class Series

In love and understanding of the current economic downturn due to the Corona Virus, if you would like to take this workshop, please don't feel stressed about the price.  Email us if you feel you need a sliding scale and we will respond in kindness.

Unlock your power, creativity, flexibility and reignite purpose in your life through an 8-week online workshop guided by Carrie Your Yogi. Carrie will use yogic traditions and Julia Cameron’s book, The Artist’s Way to support you in developing skills to listen to your inner-self.  You will establish a weekly asana practice that will build strength and stamina through challenging and relaxing postures and breath work. You will grow a holistic approach for self-care and empowerment using Cameron’s book, her techniques, Carrie’s guidance, and a tribe of supportive people who will hold a sacred space for self-discovery.

Now, more than ever, it is important that we take time for ourselves and (virtually) surround ourselves with a tribe that will bring renewed energy into your physical space. Many people are finding they have more time now to focus on creative projects that have been put on the back burner and this workshop will help you both channel and express that energy. And what can be better than doing so from the comfort of your home? Instead of commuting home you can crawl right into bed or keep your creativity juices flowing on your own time. If you are ready to unlock your creativity, move your body, and transform your physical space, this is the workshop for you!
