Virtual: Developing Your Personal Practice

Join Ann Blackburn for this virtual workshop to learn some simple and powerful yoga practices to support your natural cleansing system, nourish your vital energy, and release tension from your mind & body. We will experience movement including SomaYoga (a blend of Somatics, Therapeutics, and classic asana) pranayama (breath & energy), meditation, and mantra (to help create positive pathways in the mind). You will complete the workshop with a home practice to continue using what you have learned. No experience is necessary. Handouts will be emailed prior to the workshop.
